Medical News: 70 Million American Adults Suffer from Heart Disease

February is National Heart Health Month. Not a bad idea for a country with 70 million adults who suffer from heart disease. That according to an article in the Putnam County News and Recorder. In accord with National Heart Health Month, the Hudson Valley Hospital Center is offering free day and evening classes to educate the community about the risks of heart disease. There are classes ranging from topics such as risk factors to dieting to exercise to medications.
